Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate Solene, including Supabase (cloud infrastructure), Apple App Store, Google Play, analytics providers, and crash reporting providers. These services only receive the information necessary to provide their specific functions.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active. Diagnostic logs are retained for limited periods to resolve technical issues. Some information may be retained after account deletion only when legally required.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account directly inside the app by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. When deletion is confirmed, the following data is permanently erased and cannot be reversed:
- Reflections, gratitude entries, and commitments.
- Routines, bookmarks, notes, and journey progress.
- Profile information.
Note that deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions, which must be managed via Apple or Google.
Your Rights
You hold the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.
Children's Privacy
Solene is not directed toward children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Solene, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solene. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled entirely according to Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account within the application at any time. Deleting your account removes associated personal data except where retention is legally required. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Subscriptions must be managed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play billing settings.
User Responsibilities & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your personal entries. However, the curated audio, visual elements, written devotions, and underlying software remain the exclusive property of Solene and its licensors. You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any illegal purposes.

Solene provides contemplative content for informational and spiritual purposes only. The app is not intended to provide medical advice, psychological treatment, emergency services, or professional counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please contact your local emergency services or qualified professionals immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Solene's operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I restore purchases?
Open Solene, navigate to Settings, and select Restore Purchases.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen to receive a secure reset link via email.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Review the permanent deletion process on our Delete Account page.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Apple or Google billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to proceed
To permanently erase your account and all associated history, follow these steps within the mobile application:
- Open the Solene application.
- Navigate to your Profile settings.
- Select "Delete Account" at the bottom of the list.
- Confirm the final warning prompt.
What happens after deletion?
- Account access is permanently removed
- Personal reflections are deleted
- Gratitude entries are deleted
- Commitments are deleted
- Routines are deleted
- Notes and bookmarks are deleted
- Journey progress is deleted
- Profile information is deleted
How long does deletion take?
Account deletion is initiated immediately and associated data is permanently removed according to our retention obligations.
Subscriptions are not canceled automatically.
Any active subscription must be canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
